We pride ourselves on being able to answer any query about any globe you may see on our website. In other words “we are the globe experts” and we are always keen to demonstrate this.
From the day we started selling globes, it has been our mission to combine good, old-fashioned customer service practice with the very best that new technologies can offer in support of our discerning clients – whatever that takes. We can even offer face to face consultations and demonstrations at our showroom in Corby, if requested.
We aim to make our website as clear as we can but we realise that there is always room for improvement and that we simply can’t think of all the possible questions that could be asked about our globes. For this reason, we try to make ourselves as easy to contact as possible. If you need to be absolutely certain that the globe you like lights up? Or how it lights up? Maybe your chosen globe has raised relief and you’d like more clarification on what this will look like? No question is too trivial. So please contact us. It is our pleasure to help and we really enjoy talking to people.
At the very minimum, we are open 9am to 5pm weekdays with longer opening hours during busier times of the year. We are also available on live chat and by phone. You can also leave messages on our answerphone. We endeavour to answer all of our customer queries left overnight or at the weekends first thing every morning. So we will get back to you quickly.
