We offer many options for delivery to Mainland UK. Please note that these rates are not available to customers in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland and the Channel Islands.
Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) is FREE within mainland UK on all orders over £45
delivered within 5 working days from receipt of order, subject to payment being cleared. If there is likely to be a delay in the dispatch of your item, we will call you to arrange an alternate delivery date. You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch. All goods are delivered by courier service and will require a signature on receipt.
Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) is £3.49 within mainland UK and Northern Ireland on all orders less than £45
These goods are sent via Royal Mail. A signature is not required.
Fast Delivery (2-3 working days) is £5.95 within mainland UK on all orders
Items will be delivered within 3 working days of receipt of order, subject to payment being cleared. If there is likely to be a delay in the dispatch of your item, we will call you to arrange an alternate delivery date and refund the fast delivery charge. You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch. A signature is required on receipt.
Next Working Day Deliveries (when ordered before 3pm) are £11.95 within mainland UK on all orders
Items are sent via next day courier service, subject to payment being cleared. A signature is required on receipt. If next working day delivery is not possible you will be contacted via telephone to arrange for alternative delivery (with a refund of £11.95) or full refund. If we cannot contact you via telephone, an email will be sent to you advising that we have temporarily cancelled your order until you can be contacted via phone.
Please note that weekends are not classed as working days. Therefore, orders placed between Friday 3pm and the following Monday before 3pm will be delivered on the next working day which is Tuesday. Bank Holidays are also not classed as working days. There is only a limited service operating in the period between Christmas and New Year.
Saturday & Sunday Deliverys (ordered before 3pm on Friday) are £14.95 within mainland UK on all orders
Items will be delivered on the following Saturday/Sunday, subject to payment being cleared. If the delivery is not possible, you will be contacted via telephone or email to arrange for alternative delivery and refund of £14.95. You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch.
Saturday Morning Delivery (ordered before 3pm on Friday) is £24.95 within mainland UK on all orders
Items will be delivered on the following Saturday morning before 3pm, subject to payment being cleared. If Saturday morning delivery is not possible, you will be contacted via telephone or email to arrange for alternative delivery and refund of £24.95. You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch.
Delivery charges outside Mainland UK
Smaller orders will be sent by Royal Mail at a charge of £3.49.
A courier service is used where a signature is required on receipt of goods for orders over £34.95.
PLEASE NOTE: Large items may incur an additional delivery charge. In this case the customer will be contacted by phone in order to process the outstanding amount before the item is shipped. Also all items shipped outside the EU may incur import duties all of which must be paid by the customer on receipt of the item or the item will be sent back to us at a charge of £30 to the customer.

Special requirements and delivery of larger items
If you have specific delivery requirements, such as delivery on a specific date, please call us on 01536 264611 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We especially advise customers who have bought larger items to contact us to specify a convenient delivery date (working days only. See above for exceptions).
The courier will deliver between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday to Friday. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available when they deliver. Customers in mainland UK who have supplied us with a valid email address, will receive an email from the courier (Interlink Express) with tracking information when the goods have been collected from us as well as an email on the day of delivery that gives a 1-hour time slot. If no-one is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a calling card for you to arrange re-delivery or you can collect from the local depot. We regret that this service is currently not available outside mainland UK. If the courier is unable to deliver the product within 5 workings days of the original delivery attempt, the item is sent back to us and the customer will be charge £15. This will be deducted from a refund or charged before the item is sent out for re-delivery.
Although we have chosen our couriers very carefully, problems can sometimes occur. The JustGlobes customer services team will assist as much as they can with any delivery problems. However Just Globes is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier company or other delays that are beyond our control. Neither are we liable for any losses incurred due to late delivery.
