You can trust that we will always stock the best quality products, responsibly sourced. Many of our globes are designed and assembled on our premises using components sourced from the USA and the EU, including bases and fittings made by craftsmen and engineers in the UK.
We use sustainable materials and our traditional globes are made from recycled and recyclable materials. We have the very highest standards when it comes to product quality. We operate a 3-stage quality control process and many of our globes are lovingly assembled and finished by hand.

We aim to always provide best value, which is more than just a fair price. We measure value on the quality of our products, the standard of our service, from initial enquiry to ordering and beyond. We have the largest stock of any retailer in the UK, which means we can offer a wide choice to suit all budgets and occasions, from a child's first globe to handcrafted, heirloom pieces. We also have a showroom where you can view the larger globes (by appointment) before purchase.
You can order securely and with confidence online or by telephone. We do not use call centres or expensive 0870 numbers. We do not routinely offer prices for our globes that appear to be lower than an RRP, we give you only our best price and have a clearance section for special offers.
Our delivery charges are transparent. Standard delivery to mainland UK addresses is included in the price of most items. We also give our UK mainland customers the option of fast and next day delivery at additional cost. Our offshore and European customers can see their delivery charges at a glance on our delivery rates page, where European destinations are conveniently categorised into zones. Our worldwide customers are welcome to email or call us for a quote, which will usually be via Fedex.
We are globe specialists – hence the name Just Globes – and we have been trading since 2004. Our aim is to offer the convenience of online shopping together with good, old-fashioned customer service – the best of both worlds, if you like! Our staff are highly trained to offer helpful, insightful advice on all our globes. No question is too silly and they will spend as much time as is necessary to ensure that you get just the right globe for your particular requirements. After all, it is not every day that you buy a globe. Indeed, our globes are meant to be treasured possessions for years to come.
Our service doesn't end with your purchase – we provide after-sales as well as a great choice of expert services to help you, from our 1-2-3 delivery service to installation of our larger, heirloom pieces. Many of our specialist services come at no extra cost; some are chargeable, but all are delivered to the highest possible standards. We believe that our service is pretty hard to beat. However, we don't rest on our laurels and are constantly looking to improve what we do. We study every review that we receive and we also welcome customer comments by email and telephone.
